Committed

“Committed” 来自 commit,有两条高频义线:一是态度上的“全心投入”(committed teacher);二是正式“做出”某行为,尤指犯罪或错误(committed a crime)。读作 /kəˈmɪtɪd/。搭配 committed to 表示致力于某目标。

  1. “She is deeply committed to improving patient care.” (她全心致力于改善病患护理。)
