Facing
- “The company is facing serious financial pressure this quarter.”
- “We sat facing each other across the table.”
- “This south-facing balcony gets sunshine all afternoon.”
- 固定搭配: “facing up to” (正视), “facing the facts” (面对事实), “life-facing decisions” (影响人生的决定)
“After the merger, the CEO spent a week facing worried employees and answering hard questions.”
