Led

“Led” 描述过去的主导或指引:“she led the team” 领导团队;“this path led nowhere” 通向无果。也可表因果 “bad habits led to poor health”。

  1. “The guide led us through the narrow canyon safely.”
  2. “His curiosity led him to study astrophysics.”
  3. “The evidence led the jury to a unanimous verdict.”

新闻常用 “led the polls” 表示民调领先;体育 “led by two goals” 描述比分优势。

  • 固定搭配: “led the way” (带路、率先), “led to believe” (使人相信)

“The captain led the crew calmly; every decision led them closer to shore.”
