Located

“Located” 描述建筑物、城市或机构所处的方位,常见结构为 “be located in/on/at/near”;比单纯 “is” 更正式,适合说明地址与地理关系。

  1. “The new campus is located on the east side of the river.”
  2. “Their office is located in a quiet neighborhood with good public transport.”
  3. “The fault line is located near several small towns.”

房产、旅游与招生材料里 “conveniently located” 是高频卖点;口语也可以说 “It’s located right next to the mall”。

内), “located on” (位于……

“The bakery is located beside the old clock tower, so tourists find it without a map.”
