Rated
“Rated” 是 rate（评级、定价、认为）的过去分词。highly rated 表示 评价很高；影视 PG-rated 指 分级。商业上 rated capacity 指额定容量。
- “The restaurant is highly rated on review sites.” (这家餐厅在点评网站评分很高。)
- “The film is rated PG for mild language.” (该片因轻微语言内容为 PG 级。)
- “Engineers tested the rated output of the generator.” (工程师测试了发电机的额定输出。)
rate 来自拉丁语 rata（固定金额），经古法语 rate 进入英语，与 ratio 有概念关联。
rate + -ed 过去分词；复合 top-rated（顶级评价的）可作形容词。
消费决策常看 highly rated products；家长关注 rated for children 的内容分级。
- 固定搭配: “highly rated” (高评分), “top-rated” (顶尖评价), “rated R” (限制级)
rate（评级）+ -ed → 已经被 打完分 的 = rated。
