Said
“Said” 最常见是 “say” 的过去式与过去分词,用于转述话语。作形容词时(the said contract)多见于法律或正式文本,指“上述的、所谈及的”。
- “He said he would call back later.” (他说过稍后会回电话。)
- “It is said that the museum will reopen next month.” (据说博物馆下个月重开。)
- “The terms are defined in the said agreement.” (条款在该协议中已有界定。)
“Say” 源自古英语 “secgan”,意为“讲述、说明”。“Said” 是其过去式与过去分词同形的不规则形式。
“Said” 为不规则屈折词,没有可分析词缀。
新闻报道里常用 “said” 引述发言;比 “stated” 更中性。学习者写作时可交替使用 “said”、“told”、“explained” 以避免重复,但口语叙述里 “said” 仍最自然。

“said” 发音像“赛的”(轻读),想象比赛结束后有人“说”出结果——话已出口,就是 said。
