Stated
“Stated” 是 state（陈述、声明）的过去式和过去分词，指清楚地说出或写下某事，如 “He stated his opinion clearly.”（他清楚陈述了自己的看法。）作形容词时意为“明示的、规定的”，如 “stated policy”（明文规定的政策）。
