Stated
“Stated” 是 state(陈述、声明)的过去式和过去分词,指清楚地说出或写下某事,如 “He stated his opinion clearly.”(他清楚陈述了自己的看法。)作形容词时意为“明示的、规定的”,如 “stated policy”(明文规定的政策)。
