Thrilled

语气强于 “happy” 或 “glad”,常与 “to be thrilled”、“thrilled that” 连用。也可来自动词 thrill(使激动)的过去分词用法。

  1. “We were thrilled to hear you got the scholarship.”
  2. “The kids were thrilled by the surprise party.”
  3. “She looked thrilled when the prototype finally worked.”

“He was thrilled beyond words when the rescue team reached the stranded hikers.”
