Ways
“ways” 可指多种途径或手段，也可指物理上的道路（多见于文学或地名）。口语 “in many ways” 表示“在许多方面”，用来限定观点范围。
- “There are several ways to solve this problem.” (解决这个问题有好几种办法。)
- “In some ways, the new policy is fairer.” (在某些方面，新政策更公平。)
- “They parted ways after a serious argument.” (激烈争吵后他们分道扬镳。)
“way” 源自古英语 weg（道路、旅程），复数形式延续“多条路径或多套做法”的意象。
way + 复数后缀 -s；固定短语如 sideways 另见对应词条。
自我提升语境里 “change your ways” 带改正习惯的劝诫色彩；商业语境 “ways of working” 讨论流程与文化，比 methods 更柔和。
- 固定搭配: “by the way” (顺便说一句), “make way” (让路、腾出空间)
把复数看成“岔路口很多条（ways）”，选不同 way 就是选不同做法。
