Went
- “We went downtown to hear the band.”
- “The lights went out during the storm.”
- “Everything went smoothly on launch day.”
儿童游戏 “Simon says” 里常出现 “went like this” 模仿动作;叙事开头 “Long ago, people went on foot” 也很典型。
- 固定搭配: “went on” (继续), “went through” (经历/审阅)
“The hikers went uphill until the trail opened onto a meadow.”
